He was attentive and a year later when a few shingles blew off the roof after a wind storm he responded right away and roofers repaired the missing shingles. “I recently completed a home renovation project with Empire Home Improvement and I am extremely pleased with the result. I had the kitchen redone (new windows, cabinets, flooring, appliances installed; tiling, painting) and a 5 foot by 7.5 foot bathroom (“shower room”) built on the back of the house. All crews who worked on the project were extremely hardworking, respectful, helpful, affable, communicative, and know their trade. Rocky is an excellent manager and supervisor. He is likewise extremely hardworking, a perfectionist and a task master, at times, and thoroughly knowledgeable about all aspects of his business. He patiently answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns in a timely manner. I liked him instantly and trusted him implicitly. “I was very alarmed when I learned from a handyman that a very large concrete overhang on the exterior of my home was ready to fall off. Had this occurred it would have allowed water to enter my living room and take down electrical wires, internet, and telephone. I called a few contractors. Rocky was the only one who responded with a "can do" attitude. I had not hired him before this event. I told him about my plight and he said he would look at it the next morning at 7:00 AM. He arrive punctually and said he would fix this urgent problem over the weekend, two days after I contacted him. Rocky carefully explained what had to be done and forewarned that there might be more work hidden once the overhang was removed from my 100 plus year old home (there wasn't). He sent a proposal within an hour of his visit. He and his team arrived when he said they would and completed the work with superb craftsmanship. The clean-up of stucco chips etc could not have been more thorough. This is a man of extraordinary integrity, reliability, talent, and heart. Without hesitation or reservations I will hire him and his company again.”

In a day he fixed our french doors that befuddled a series of contractors. He repaired a crack in our foundation and built a tidy staircase to our patio. In addition to his fine craftsmanship, Rocky notices things and fixes them - a piece of missing trim, a rough edge, a handrail that wasn't properly installed. I also really appreciate that he neatly cleans up after himself every day. Rocky is super reliable and a delightful person too. A+++”
